SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We offer U.S. shipping for all our products. The estimated shipping time for each item is specified on its product page.
All items are premade and take 1–4 business days to be fulfilled. After fulfillment, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: 2 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Please note: Orders must be placed before 1 PM EST to qualify for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will ship the next business day. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will ship on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday, as we are closed on weekends.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ESTAR.US allows refunds in the form of store credit or original payment. We also accept size exchanges if something isn’t fitting quite right.
All sales are final once clothing has been worn beyond the state of "trying on."
We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page, so please double-check your sizing before placing your order.
SHIPPING ISSUES & RESPONSIBILITY
We are not responsible for packages returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address. If this occurs, you will be fully responsible for the cost of reshipping.
All packages are insured through USPS (Priority Mail) or UPS.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Make sure to enter the correct shipping information when placing your order.
