Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer support within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are the colors of the clothing items the same as shown in the pictures?

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly due to different monitor or screen settings.

Do you offer custom sizes or tailoring services?

Currently, we do not offer custom sizing or tailoring. However, we provide a detailed size chart to help you find the perfect fit.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes, we often restock popular items. You can sign up for a notification on the product page to receive an alert when an item is back in stock.

How do I wash my clothing properly?

Each item comes with specific care instructions. You can also find these details on the product page. Please follow the recommended washing and care instructions to maintain the quality of your clothing.

Shipping FAQs

What are your shipping options?

We make use of USPS for all our shipments worldwide and we have two shipping options depending on your location, including standard and express shipping. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

ALL orders take 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS to be fulfilled, and then either another 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS (Standard shipping) or 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (Express shipping) to arrive, depending on which shipping option you choose at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping times and rates will vary depending on the destination. Check our shipping page for more details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the USPS website or through our website as well.

What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?

Most carriers will leave a delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or pick-up from a local facility. You can track your package with the tracking number provided to avoid missed deliveries.

Do you offer free shipping?

Currently, we offer free shipping within the United States, while shipping fees for international orders vary based on the destination.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact our customer service to update the shipping address. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we can’t change the destination.

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS immediately. They’ll assist you in filing a claim with them.

Returns & Exchanges FAQs

What is your return/refunds policy?

For RETURNS, we offer up to 14 days after delivery for customers to return a product but it has to be in its original state and CANNOT be more than just “tried on”.

For REFUNDS, we only offer store credit and not refunds back to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We also offer size exchanges, but this also only applies if the product has NOT been worn past "trying on”.

Can I apply multiple discount codes to my order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Please choose the code that gives you the best value.

Why isn’t my discount code working?
